Justin Evinger
Justin Evinger has spent 24 years entrenched in commercial and industrial construction. With a background as an industrial superintendent and labor foreman, he brings a wealth of hands-on commercial real estate expertise. His acute eye for opportunities allows him to identify ideal fits for startups, expanding corporations, and strategic commercial acquisitions. Justin is a real estate investor himself and actively owns and manages several properties in the Chattanooga area which grants him an intimate understanding of local investor needs. Justin is also a business owner, having owned and operated a successful local sign shop for the past decade. He has developed valuable relationships with local business owners and investors in the process.
Residing and working in Chattanooga for many years, Justin possesses an intimate understanding of the city’s pulse, growth trajectory, and untapped potential. His global outlook enables him to envision trends that shape the future of real estate in Chattanooga. Justin’s commitment lies in prioritizing his clients’ goals, providing expert negotiation, in-depth market analyses, and strategic counsel to guide them through their real estate journey. Justin channels his passion for sports into coaching middle school baseball, nurturing young talents and instilling in them the values of teamwork and perseverance. His life is a blend of familial devotion, serving his country and a commitment to shaping the next generation through his coaching endeavors.
Vu Nguyen
Vu Nguyen grew up in California and moved with his wife and three children to the Chattanooga area in 2021. Over the past decade he has had the opportunity to observe and learn from the operations of his wife’s family’s $100 million commercial real estate investment company based in Southern California. With active real estate investment experience for several years in single-family, multifamily, and short-term rentals, Vu offers valuable insights to his clients. He has also overseen multiple rehab projects.
Vu graduated from UCLA with an undergraduate degree in biology and earned a doctorate in physical therapy. He served as Class President at his physical therapy program.
The customer service skills that he developed over the 10 years of working as a physical therapist and certified strength and conditioning specialist have transferred well to the real estate industry.
His strong communication skills, attention to detail, and dedication ensure tailored solutions for every client. He thrives on helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
